It's ok living here. Noise level could be better. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Illegal smoking goes on a lot. Casey and is great!! Always very helpful!

The apartment is exactly what we were looking for. The surrounding area has plenty to do and all within walking distance. The only thing that we have struggled with is the amount of storage available in our unit.

We have really enjoyed our time here at the Galleries at Park Lane. The community has been very nice and welcoming. We have really enjoyed spending our time at the pool and also at the fitness center not to mention the great surrounding area with lots of fun restaurants and shops.

Overall I love the Galleries at Park Lane. The staff and maintenance crew are so kind and helpful. The amenities are great but are not always working 100% of the time. The garage is broken from time to time, not the end of the world but a feature we pay for.

We just moved in and are already loving it! From the residents to the staff, everyone has been super friendly. We had a problem with the water smelling like sulfur the first day we moved in. We contacted the office and the maintenance staff was there superfast and fixing the issue.

room for improvement…… things go months without repair.. Maintenance dismisses things time to time.. I’ll never forget the week of no power and it being half the building(transformer) problem

The apartment is great and I love the neighborhood. I think the rent is a bit too much though. Also, noise control and cleanliness of common areas is a bit of an issue. Finally, several machines in the gym do not work. It'd be nice to get more than one functioning treadmill.

I love the apartments. Just need to work on elevators, and alarms sounding off all times of the day for no reason. All so work on the cleanliness on elevators from dogs peeing

Would highly recommend living here. Neighbors are friendly, there is a sense of "being". Everyone gets along and the events the leasing office throw are a great way to get to know everyone. Staff is super friendly and whenever there is a problem it's solved immediately. I also, couldn't find the square footage of my condo and the price I'm paying anywhere else in the city. Top notch

The area is so perfect for me. You are within walking distance of so many cool restaurants and shopping areas. There are so many things to do, and the finishes on the apartment are great as well.

Staff is amazing and very friendly, the amenities are great, and we have really fun events! The community and people that live here are social and also really fun to be around. The location is great right by the train and the highway. I feel really lucky to have one of the units with a yard!

This was a good first apartment for me. I felt safe and of course had no issues with maintenance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I was near everything I needed until I was comfortable with the area.

Spacious floor plans, easy access to a lot of retail stores, DART. Spacious gym. Service and Maintenance requests are immediately handled.

Nothing worse than preparing food for the grill, taking an elevator 6 floors down and finding the gate locked. You're never consistent with the pool closure emails. Some times they come, some times they don't. You cause the annoyance in my life, that if I want to enjoy the amenities, before getting my hopes up, or my food ready, or my clothes on. I can't trust you'll do what you should, so I have to go pre-check the amenity. Lame af. You can't control the pool, but you can take 3 minutes out of your day to send an email.

I love living here! Best decision I’ve made and the best place I’ve ever lived in DFW! The amenities are great, the location is spot on, and the apartments are so nice. I live in a “studio” but it’s basically a one bedroom with the way they have designed it. I just started a lease but will most likely be resigning for as long as I can!

I have been living at Galleries since January 2020. I hope I can stay forever. It is a great apartment with great amenities and of course the shops and restaurants that you have at walking distance are amazing. But what really does this apartment great is the team that works here. Steven , Casey and Hope are amazing. The month actives are great my favorite for sure is Trivia night . Don't hesitate this is a great place to live

My sister and I love our spacious and fully-equipped apartment! Our puppy loves when we take her on walks around the shops. We also enjoy the hot tub, conference room for studying, and the community room! The staff here is amazing and always on top of their game.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The amenities are great, and my apartment is beautiful! I love the location and how safe I feel living here. The only downfall is the hallways are carpet & stain easily, the carpet does help with noise in the hallways though. Overall would recommend.

Smooth transitions. Issues we had were caught the same day we moved in! Everyone has been accommodating and welcoming. It’s nice seeing how cohesive the entire staff is, and it feels incredibly homey.
